Abstract
The seminar aims to address topics related to the certification of organic farms.
The following aspects will be explored in depth:
- Inspection procedures, field sampling, and laboratory analysis.
- Management of "at-risk" borders and specific critical issues within the territory of the Province of Trento.
- Bureaucratic and technical requirements for organic compliance.
In addition to the standard regulatory framework, a specific section will be dedicated to Regenerative Agriculture.
Speaker Biography
Stefano Contrini graduated in Agricultural Science and Technology from the University of Padua. He has been working in the organic certification sector for several years as a technical inspector for a designated Control Body.
