The core aspect of this series of seminars relates to a triple paradigm shift: (i) from voluntary to mandatory due diligence (ii) from the single corporation to its network of relationships along the value chain; and (iii) from commercial contracts to regulatory commercial contracts. Each seminar will foresee papers’ presentations (final or in progress work), that will be circulated in advance among the participants. The discussion will be open by representatives from the industry, NGOs, policymaking and law firms.
The seminar series “Governance, powers and liabilities in Sustainable global value chains” (Sus-Gov) is coordinated by Fabrizio Cafaggi, Paola Iamiceli, Mae Nguyen, Kish Parella.
