The program, jointly organized by the University of Trento, the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, and the University of Innsbruck, consists of three interconnected workshops designed to provide PhD students and early career scholars with essential training in research integrity and ethical publishing practices. The first workshop is focused on the topic of research integrity in the publication process. The second workshop explores various approaches to conducting empirical research in international business. The third workshop is designed to explore and discuss peer-review processes and research integrity in the age of AI, featuring hands-on research applications and insights from experts. While participants are encouraged to attend all workshops for a comprehensive learning experience, it is also possible to apply for each workshop separately.
