Bio - Davide La Cecilia is the Special Envoy for the Reconstruction of Ukraine of the Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. He previously served as Ambassador in Kyiv and Consul General in Jerusalem, as well as in Tel Aviv, Tokyo, London and Hong Kong.
