This talk will describe computational models that allow the interpretation of multi-modal biomedical data characterized by different scales, ranging from genomics, through cells and organoids, to organs. Applications will be concerned with both oncology and neurology, while the mathematical approaches will involve inverse problems theory, numerical optimizations, dynamical systems, and machine learning.
