This 2-hour training session provides a practical walk-through of the research project lifecycle, with a specific focus on the implementation and monitoring phases (post-award). Designed for researchers, administrative staff, and project managers at the University of Trento, the course bridges the gap between scientific execution and administrative compliance.
Crucially, the course highlights the strategic role of the Research Manager and Administrator (RMA) during the post-award phase, showcasing how RMAs act as vital partners to Principal Investigators (PIs)—facilitating daily operations, mitigating risks, and orchestrating the support of various university offices.
