Abstract
Skill acquisition relies heavily on embodied knowledge, such as subtle postures and non-verbal cues, which are challenging to digitize. This seminar explores the intersection of human physical skills, cognitive load, and Human-Computer Interaction. Drawing insights from traditional martial arts and behavioral analyses of On-the-Job Training, the talk will discuss the design of postural guidance systems and instructional support interfaces. The session aims to provide interdisciplinary design implications for representing embodiment in digital training environments
