Agent-based modelling and digital twins: an introduction to GAMA
This course surveys the concept of agent-based modelling, an approach to create computational digital twins of multi-body dynamical systems, and provides an introduction to the software GAMA.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of multi-agent modelling (concepts, basic theory, architectures) and how to program them in a widely used and integrated environment. The course includes examples from biology and social dynamics.
Speaker
Daniele Proverbio, Researcher at the Department of Industrial Engineering, University of Trento.
How to participate
Please check the registration deadlines for each seminar at the dedicated link.
You will receive the Zoom link by email in the days preceding each seminar.
Credits
To obtain 1 ECTS/CFU Type F credit (Other Activities), students are required to attend and pass the final assessment for 2 seminars.
