In the last years, the fields of single cell and spatial NGS have witnessed a rapid rise in technological advances, fueling new research possibilities and discoveries.
The role of core NGS and technology development labs is key in identifying, implementing and developing such technologies bringing this cutting-edge techniques to the scientific research community.
In this talk, I will provide an overview of our experience in developing/implementing multiomics and spatial approaches (e.g., scGET-seq, DbIT-seq, ...). I'll also provide some examples of how those methods are transforming our ability to study cellular heterogeneity with unprecedented details.
