Short Bio:
Jean-François Kervégan is professor emeritus at Université Paris 1/Panthéon-Sorbonne. A leading specialist in German philosophy, he focuses his work on Hegelian philosophy, political philosophy, and the philosophy of law. Among his books, Que faire de Carl Schmitt? (Gallimard, 2011), translated into several languages including Italian, and, more recently, Puissance des droits: Théorie, histoire, critique (PUF, 2025).
