Autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition with diverse genetic contributions. We are studying a mouse model carrying a point mutation in the Pten gene, previously linked to autism. By investigating how this mutation affects behavior and brain activity, we aim to better understand the biological mechanisms involved.
