
Effective communication and feedback

Recent surveys highlight the importance of having a rich set of specific skills along with soft skills in order to enter the world of work. These soft skills include, for example, effective communication, leadership, creativity, emotional intelligence and public speaking. For this reason, the Job Guidance office, in collaboration with Bondium, offers training courses on soft skills, both in Italian and in English.
The course aims to improve communication skills, overcome communication barriers and provide and receive feedback in a constructive and respectful manner (using advanced techniques of active listening, assertive feedback and management of difficult situations) in order to apply these skills in personal and professional life, promoting personal development, team collaboration and the creation of a long-term feedback strategy.
Skills to be acquired
- Clear and assertive communication: conveying messages directly and respectfully, both verbally and non-verbally
- Active listening: developing listening skills to understand and respond effectively to messages
- Provide constructive feedback: Give clear and helpful feedback without creating conflict
- Receiving feedback: managing emotions related to feedback and using it as an opportunity for improvement
- Managing Difficult Communication Situations: Applying Assertive Communication Techniques to Address Conflicts and Delicate Situations
Articulation of the course
The course is divided into 4 main modules and addresses the issues from different perspectives, providing techniques and tools that can be applied immediately to improve and monitor your communication and feedback management skills
- Introduction to communication and feedback;
- The art of feedback;
- Advanced communication and feedback techniques (active listening, assertive communication, managing difficult situations);
- Applying feedback in personal and professional life
