Speaker:
Prof. RNDr. Miroslav Slouf is an internationally recognized scientist in the fields of polymer science and electron microscopy, with a specialized focus on: (i) polymer morphology investigated by electron microscopy, (ii) micromechanical properties of polymers investigated by indentation, (iii) biocompatible and/or biodegradable polymer systems for medical applications; and (iv) electron diffraction, including the active development of 4D-STEM-in-SEM methods. His work is documented in over 400 scientific publications (H-index: 43), and he is included in the prestigious Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientists list.
