Speaker: Luca De Carli (DG CLIMA, European Commission)
Luca DE CARLI is Deputy Director for Strategy, Analysis and Planning in the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Climate Action. He leads the unit responsible for legal issues, relations with Council and Parliament, and he’s responsible for the European Climate Law. Before joining DG CLIMA in 2019, Luca has been working in the European Commission on trade disputes and trade negotiations.
