Hadamard ranks of algebraic varieties

Hadamard products of projective varieties firstly appeared in applications to Statistics and Deep Learning (https://arxiv.org/abs/0908.4425). This motivated the decomposition of tensors as Hadamard products (i.e., entry-wise products) of low-rank tensors.
