Evolutionary biology applied to cancer has changed oncology, providing great explanatory power.
As tumour progression and drug resistance are the biggest challenges in clinical cancer research today, being able to measure and predict the course of the disease is of paramount importance.
I will present how we combine mathematical modelling of evolutionary processes, Machine Learning and cancer 'omics data to quantify tumour evolution and potentially predict its future.
