From neural variability to personalised interventions: A real-time brain state TMS-EEG approach

- international
- research
This workshop, organized by the Cognition Neurostimulation & Connectivity - CoN&Co Research Group at TBS Lab, CIMeC, presents a real-time, brain-state TMS-EEG framework in which neural variability is treated as an informative signal. Sessions will cover methodological determinants of TMS-EEG measures, state-dependent modulation of TMS-evoked potentials by ongoing cortical rhythms, and individualized targeting and brain-state definition. The goal is to delineate procedures for deriving robust, interpretable biomarkers to support non-invasive brain stimulation. During the workshop the T4TE, an open large-scale initiative for TMS-EEG, will be presented.
