Comparative approaches are widely pursued in legal and non-legal domains. But how do they differ? Do they have something in common? These questions will be explored through interviews with prestigious scholars from several non-legal disciplines. The transcripts of the interviews will be published in a Special Issue of the Comparative Law Review. The recordings of the interviews will be made available on the website of the Faculty of Law.
In this webinar, prof. Giliberto Capano will engage in a dialogue with Comparative Law scholars about the methods of Comparative policy research. Topics dealt with will include the law-policy nexus, policy design strategies, policy mixes, theories of causation and the role of empirical data.
