Bio Franco Michelotti

Franco Michelotti, Agricultural Expert, consultant until 2020 for the Mach Foundation in fruit and viticulture, and in olive growing and oil production. Since 2001, he has been registered in the National Register of Olive Oil Technicians and Experts for the Province of Trento. He is a member of the tasting panel of the Interregional Association of Olive Producers based in Verona. He is the author of the booklet "Olive Cultivation in the Upper Garda Trentino" (1997) and the editor of the transcription of the book "Il Trentino oleario" by Carlo Hugues (2016).
