Many of the most critical cancer drivers are located inside tumor cells, yet existing therapies often struggle to effectively and selectively deliver drugs into the cytosol in vivo. As a result, key intracellular cancer targets remain largely inaccessible. The iDEL platform enables direct cytosolic delivery of diverse therapeutic payloads, spanning small and large molecules, into patients’ tumor cells through a unique, uptake mechanism upregulated in tumors. This mechanism has been observed to be highly active in multiple cancer types, supporting a broad potential application in solid tumors.
