The 2025/2026 Guest Lecture Series will open with the annual Targetti Lecture, delivered by the former High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission (2019–2024).
The lecture will reflect on the European Union’s role and resilience in the face of growing geopolitical tensions. It will explore how the EU can adapt and assert itself within an increasingly fragmented and competitive global landscape.
