Recent surveys highlight the importance of having a rich set of specific skills along with soft skills in order to enter the world of work. These soft skills include, for example, effective communication, leadership, creativity, emotional intelligence and public speaking. For this reason, the Job Guidance office, in collaboration with Bondium, offers training courses on soft skills, both in Italian and in English.
By 2025, 10 courses on the following five soft skills are planned (two editions for each, one in Italian and one in English):
- emotional intelligence
- public speaking
- creative thinking
- leadership
- effective communication
Each course lasts 4 hours; most of the courses are held in person at the School of Innovation, only two will be held remotely on Zoom.
To find out the dates and how to take the first five courses, scheduled for the first part of the year, please consult our website. Dates and information on the next 5 courses, which will be held in autumn, will be published before the summer.
You can only register online via the forms indicated in each case. Participation is open to the entire UniTrento student community, upon registration and subject to availability.
At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued upon attendance of the entire course and completion of a satisfaction questionnaire.
