The PRIN 2022C8TFSY Project (CUP E53D23006200006) involves three research units at the University of Trento, the University of Naples Parthenope, and the University of Salerno. This event aims to disseminate the joint research output of the PRIN project, focusing on the conservation of natural resources from the demand side.

The thematic core addresses key factors for environmental sustainability, including intertemporal preferences, psychological mechanisms, and policy instruments to promote saving and environmental solidarity across generations.

The workshop is divided into two main sessions: first, the presentation of the main results from the three research units, and second, a dedicated roundtable discussion with external scholars to extend the project's findings through specialized contributions in environmental economics.

The discussion will be further enriched by the insights of two keynote speakers with well-established expertise in the workshop topics. The participation is open to a maximum of 20 scholars working on related topics.

Participants of the IAERE conference in Trento are warmly welcome.

This workshop is sponsored by the European Union-Next Generation EU, within the scope of the PRIN 2022, project “Saving natural resources: an experimental-behavioral approach to intertemporal environmental decisions” (2022C8TFSY) – CUP E53D23006200006.
