Introduction to High-Quality hPSC Culture
We will present an overview of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs), key features of high-quality cultures, and tools to support researchers, along with our healthy control and genome-edited iPSC lines and pre-differentiated progenitor cells.

Exploring hPSC Differentiation Options
We will outline hPSC differentiation strategies in 2D culture, with a focus on generating cardiomyocytes and neural cells in 2D and 3D formats, including co-culture systems for advanced neural models.

Q&A and Follow-Up Opportunities
The workshop will conclude with an open discussion session. Participants may also schedule individual follow-up meetings to explore specific applications or cell types in more detail.

MARIA ROSARIA IMPERATO

Field Application Scientist, Cell Culture, STEMCELL Technologies
Dr. Maria Rosaria Imperato earned her BSc/MSc in Medical Biotechnologies and PhD in Molecular Medicine from the University of Naples Federico II.
She later worked as a Research Associate at the University of Birmingham (UK), developing expertise in molecular biology, epigenetics, and primary stem/progenitor cell cultures, and contributing to high-impact publications.
In 2024, she joined STEMCELL Technologies as a Field Application Scientist, Cell Culture, supporting stem cell researchers worldwide.
