
Final Exhibition Summer School NEMESI

At CARITRO Foundation building in Trento will take place the final exhibition with the works made by the participants in the NEMESI International Summer School, coordinated by Starlight Vattano and Claudia Sansò, researchers from the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Mechanical Engineering, UniTrento, and supervised by international scholars and faculty from various schools of architecture:
- Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura, Universidad de Sevilla;
- Lisbon School of Architecture, University of Lisbon;
- Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus-Senftenberg, Archivio Progetti Iuav, Università Iuav di Venezia;
- Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura;
- Universidad de Valladolid;
- Escola de Artes, Universidad de Évora.
The exhibition will focus on the critical reading and interpretation of some of Trento's significant modern and contemporary architecture, conducted over two weeks in the Mesiano classrooms after visiting selected case studies, supported by the Archives of 1900 and the Mart Museum in Rovereto.
Angiolo Mazzoni train station, Raffaello Sanzio Schools and the Palazzo della Regione by Adalberto Libera, and Renzo Piano's Le Albere neighborhood, to name a few, will be showcased through drawings, virtual representations, and 3D models created with the support of LevelUp Trento and the FabLab UniTrento.
The exhibition will be open to the public from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

The Summer School, which took place from 30 June to 11 July 2025, saw the participation of 15 students from European universities (Paris Lodron University Salzburg and University of Applied Science Salzburg, Austria, Tampere University, Finland, Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura Valladolid, Spain, Lodz University of Technology, Poland), and non-European universities (Stellenbosch University, South Africa, University of Massachusetts Lowell, USA, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Sichuan University Jincheng College, Chengdu, China).
